Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Yogev Mets ("I", "me") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or get in touch through the contact form.

1. Information I Collect

Information you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or organization name (optional)
• The content of your message
• How you found this site, if you choose to answer

Information collected automatically, but only if you accept analytics cookies (see Section 4):

• Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
• Your approximate location, at country and city level — never a precise location
• The site or link that referred you here, including any campaign tags in the link
• Your device type, browser, and screen size

This analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. I do not sell it, and I do not use it for advertising.

2. How I Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. I do not use your information for marketing, do not add you to mailing lists, and do not share it with third parties — except as described in Section 3.

Analytics data is used only to understand which pages are useful and which channels bring people here, so I can spend less effort on the ones that don't work.

3. Third-Party Services

The contact form on this website is processed by Formspree, a third-party form submission service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, this site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google. Google processes this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and this may involve transferring data outside your country. If you decline, the Google Analytics script is never loaded and no request is made to Google.

When the site first loads it also makes a single request to ipapi.co to detect whether you are visiting from Israel, so it can show the site in Hebrew. This happens regardless of your cookie choice, no data is stored, and your choice of language is then remembered in your own browser.

No advertising networks or data brokers receive your information.

4. Cookies and Your Choice

This site sets no cookies until you choose to allow them. On your first visit you are asked once, and:

• If you decline — no cookies are set, and no analytics script is loaded at all.
• If you accept — Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise returning visits and measure traffic.

Your answer is stored locally in your own browser, not on a server. You can change it at any time:

The site also stores your language preference (Hebrew or English) in your browser. This is not a cookie, is never sent anywhere, and is not used to track you.

5. Data Retention

Messages submitted via the contact form are retained only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. If you would like your data removed, contact me directly and I will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree. I do not store any personal data on my own servers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data I hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time — for analytics cookies, use the button in Section 4
• Object to processing, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
